My research interest is in computer networks. I am currently investigating the scalability of systems ranging from high-speed packet switches to wireless sensor networks. I have defended my dissertation at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida in summer 2004. My advisor was Dr. Kenneth J. Christensen.

My students:
  1. Murat Al (Ph.D. student - expected graduation 2010)
  2. Shinya Ito, 2007 (Application Developer at Beach Head, Inc)
    • Master Thesis: "Consumed-Energy-Type-Aware Routing for Wireless Sensor Networks"
  3. Hua Qing, 2007 (Client Server Developer/Analyst II at ALLTEL)
    • Master Project: "Adaptive QoS Admission Control for IEEE 802.11e Networks"
